Fruehman Group Ltd provides information technology and business services to commercial and public sector organizations. FGL has operations in Indianapolis, Indiana and Washington, D.C. areas.

Peter Fruehman, Principal Consultant
Peter Fruehman has over 35 years of experience in the Information Technology field as well as industry-specific knowledge. He founded, owned and managed Ranac Computer Corporation for 29 years, a well respected, successful business serving the Indiana and Midwest areas. In March, 2002, he sold his interest in the company. During his tenure, Mr. Fruehman and his organization consulted, developed and implemented industry solutions for healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, accounting, service, apparel, chemical and others. Clients ranged from small businesses up to publicly traded companies plus governmental entities.
Mr. Fruehman’s company boasts many firsts to market during
its history, using
innovation and technology to
implement profitable
business solutions and
achieve competitive
advantage. He holds a BS
degree in Electrical
Engineering, Master of
Business Administration and
certification in Project
Management. He has extensive
expertise in management and
business process
improvement. Presently, Mr.
Fruehman is a member of the
Advisory Board of
Professional Careers
Institute and serves on the
State of
Indiana Government Efficiency Commission.
He is an active member of
the Project Management
Institute, and also
TechPoint (formerly called
the Indiana Information
Technology Association)
where he previously served
on its Board of Directors.

Donovan Hinds,
Consultant
Donovan (Don) Hinds has broad experience performing quantitative and qualitative assessments of information technology. He has applied his expertise to the benefit of organizations pondering large and potentially risky technology implementations.
Mr. Hinds is uniquely positioned in the IT project assessment field, having hands-on experience in the methods applied by many of the leading IT consulting organizations: Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) from Gartner Group, Total Economic Impact (TEI) from Giga Information Group, Microsoft’s Rapid Economic Justification (REJ), and Applied Information Economics (AIE) from Hubbard Decision Research.
Major clients include Microsoft Corporation Consulting Services, Gartner Group, Giga Information Group, Sentinel Technologies Inc., Ventura County (California), Ciena Corporation, Disney Consumer Products, Chicago Public Schools, Department of the Navy, Department of Agriculture and Department of Energy.
Drawing on his extensive knowledge of distributed computing, networking, helpdesk management, and information systems in commercial business, professional services, and government, Mr. Hinds has the ability to both measure the impact of technology and also establish and communicate the links between technology and the organizational mission. He is a proven project manager and problem solver with strong leadership, analytical, and communications abilities. Mr. Hinds is also the president of
Technology Decision Modeling.
